Join us to make and sample Nerikiri (vegan and gluten-free), a traditional Japanese sweet served with matcha (powdered
green tea) at the Japanese tea ceremony. Class participants will learn how to make this delicate and delicious nerikiri with
azuki red bean paste filling and enjoy a bowl of matcha tea. Ingredients used for this class are all natural. No artificial colors or flavors are used. You will take home what you have made (3 - 4 kinds) in class. Join us for a rich and delicious cultural experience. Kids 12 and up are welcome!
