Bimi Bakery Products at the Merc!
We are pleased to announce that more bimi bakery's products are available at the Merc, Community Mercantile in Lawrece, KS. Here is a list of baked goods that are now available at the Merc!
Matcha Brownies
Ingredients: Flour, butter, sugar, egg, milk, matcha powder, white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, milk fat, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), freeze, dried raspberries, diced almonds, baking powder
Matcha cookies with diced almonds and chocolate chips
Ingredients: Four, butter, sugar, egg, matcha & purple sweet potato powder, diced almonds, chocolate chips (chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin natural flavors).
GF Almond meal matcha & beet cookies
Ingredients: Almond meal, shredded unsweetened coconuts, butter, brown sugar, egg, matcha & beet powder, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, diced almonds, dark chocolate (chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milkfat, nonfat milk, natural flavor)
Kasutera (castella) cake with azuki filling
Ingredients: Bread flour, sugar, egg, honey, mirin Japanese sweet sake, azuki paste (organic azuki beans, sugar), salted cheery blossom
